Initiate Your Return Material Authorization (RMA) Request. An RMA is required if you wish to ship any material to our facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, these situations: Warranty Repair or Replacement; Non-Warranty Repair/Failure Analysis/Evaluation (subject to approval).
All Non-Warranty Repairs or Evaluations are assessed an initial evaluation fee ranging from $200-$500. The actual repair charges will be communicated to the customer for approval prior to repair being performed.
