Super Vacuum Contactor

The Joslyn Clark SVC Series of medium voltage vaccum contactors are specially designed to meet grueling switching demands in harsh environments.
By combining the power of 2-3 Joslyn Clark VC Series or MVC Series contactors, the SVC Series delivers up to 1.5k Amps switching power. The robust design can accommodate high current applications such as electric-arc and induction furnaces. This three-phase, non-latching vacuum contactor can also be used in a wide range of power systems, such as transformer and capacitor loads, with a rated voltage of up to 7.2kV. Control power for this contactor comes standard in either 120VAC or 240VAC and uses a proven electromagnetic system to actuate and hold closed the vacuum interrupter’s contacts.
The SVC Series vacuum contactor is manufactured in the United States and provides the same level of safety and reliability that Joslyn Clark has provided for nearly 100 years.
